Cognitive Learning Certification Training

Research has shown that cognitive skills are a determining factor in an individual’s learning ability. The process of acquiring knowledge includes strengthening cognitive skills; the skills that “identify those learners who are growing from the learners who are challenged.”

In essence, when cognitive skills are strong, learning is fast and easy. When cognitive skills are weak, learning becomes a struggle.

As teachers you are constantly faced with limited time to address challenges or to identify the specific cognitive skills that may need improvement for each individual student.

This may be causing unnecessary anxiety for both you and the students who can quickly become disengaged or give up, leading to behavioural challenges you then need to manage in the classroom.

Parents have a role to play in supporting both you as teachers and their children as learners. Often they don’t realise how important their role is to support cognitive learning and strengthening children’s ability to learn at school.

How would it feel if you had a tool that could  easily help you to personalise learning specifically related to the improvement of cognitive skills so critical for learning the concepts you are trying to teach?

How would it feel also to have the support of parents to implement the strategies you are able to provide for your students?

Did you know there are 90 cognitive skills that every individual can learn and use to improve their ability to learn?

Cognitive challenges encompass various factors that can hinder a learner’s ability to remember information, solve problems, be flexible and creative in their thinking and comprehend concepts. Evidence has demonstrated that when you strengthen cognitive skills, the neural pathways in the brain become clearer, making it easier for us to retain and recall information, to make connections in our thinking and conceptualising as well as increase engagement and focus on learning.

Our mission is to support the adults who surround children and to help students to thrive and to support you to achieve your teaching goals, as well as the opportunity to work alongside parents as partners in their children’s learning.

These strategies have assisted teachers to improve their practice and support their students in over 40 countries globally.

What is
Energia Structure of Intellect?

Energia Structure of Intellect improves a person's cognitive skills rather than teaching academic subjects (Memory, Problem Solving, etc).

Each of the 90 cognitive capacities are mapped to or linked to an academic skill; as a result, Energia Structure of Intellect training can be seen as a prelude to easier assimilation of curriculum material and development of critical life skills related to cognitive abilities.

Products and programmes from Energia Structure of Intellect are designed to improve how students approach the curriculum using cognitive skills.

I have worked with Rachel Saliba since 2019 and found her to be passionate and committed in providing parents in Catholic schools with a strong and meaningful voice. Her impressive approach and understanding from both a parent and educator’s perspective makes her ideally suited to represent parents in any dialogue about what 21st century education should look like. Her professional and understated manner makes her a joy to work with. Parents have traditionally lacked an educated voice speaking on their behalf in the education sector, and in Rachel they have a high flyer who has the perfect qualities to present the parent’s agenda in the forming of education policy.

Her deep understanding about what parents and families want when selecting a school for their children allows her to formulate a specialised and vibrant marketing strategy for schools that is authentic and proven. She is the master of being able to convey the essence of a school to its community. In video work I have done for Practically Learning I have never seen teachers more prepared and passionate about telling their story to prospective parents. This is testimony to Rachel’s preparatory work and rare ability to get educators and schools to tell their story in a powerful way.
